The terms for using this website and booking our services.

By using this website or booking a service with Marks Auto Detailing (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.

Prices and quotes

  • Prices on this website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and tier selection.
  • Excessively soiled vehicles may require an additional charge. Add-on charges depend on your vehicle’s condition.
  • Tier 2 pricing is provided personally when you contact us.
  • Your final price will be confirmed with you before service begins.
  • We may update prices and services at any time. If a price on this site is shown in error, we’ll let you know before any work is done.

Booking

Appointments are made by phone call or text message. This website does not book appointments. Your appointment is confirmed only once we confirm the date, time, location, and price with you directly.

Service area

We currently serve Conroe and Montgomery, Texas. Service outside these areas is available only if we confirm it with you in advance.

Service location

Because we’re a mobile service, you agree that you have permission for us to work on your vehicle at the location you choose. We’ll confirm anything we need on site (such as space or access to the vehicle) when we schedule.

Your vehicle and belongings

  • Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We aren’t responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Please tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, sensitive surfaces, or known issues before we start.
  • Detailing can make existing scratches, chips, wear, or damage easier to see. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.
  • Some stains, odors, water spots, and wear may not be fully removable. Results depend on your vehicle’s condition, and we’ll be upfront about what’s realistic.

Payment

Payment terms (when and how to pay) will be confirmed with you when you book. This website does not process payments.
